Ok so while on the bus this lady pulls out a ton of papers, with a whole bunch of red crosses on, when i look closer, I realize they' re DMV written tests, Is there not a cap on how many times you can take this test, I am not exaggerating when I say shes had a newspaper full of these tests in here hand all failed.
